We are well aware of the privacy and sensitivity of health data such as heart rate and attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. (2) Information We Automatically Collect

1. Device and log information: To ensure the normal operation of the APP, optimize the service experience and protect the account security, we will automatically collect the device information when you use this APP, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, IDFA), device MAC address, network type, Wi - Fi information, Bluetooth information, etc. At the same time, we will also collect log information, including your login time, functions used, operation records, access duration, error logs, etc.

2. Heart rate data: When you use the heart rate measurement function of this APP, through the device sensors authorized by you (such as mobile phone camera, smart bracelet / watch and other connected devices), we will automatically record your heart rate measurement data, including measurement time, heart rate value and other information. If you authorize the APP to access your location information, we will collect your rough location information (only used to distinguish service optimization in different regions, and no precise location will be collected) to provide health suggestions more suitable for local users.

If you authorize third - party devices (such as smart bracelets, smart watches) or third - party health platforms to synchronize data with this APP, we will obtain your relevant information (such as heart rate data, exercise data, etc.) from the third parties. We will require third parties to provide proof of the legality of the information and only use the information within the scope authorized by you.

2. Ways of Using Information

We strictly use the collected information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations, mainly for the following purposes:

1. Providing core services: Based on the health information you provide and the automatically collected heart rate data, we will realize core functions for you such as heart rate recording, data storage, trend analysis and health report generation, and provide services such as abnormal heart rate reminder and health suggestions according to your needs.

2. Optimizing service experience: According to the device information, log information and other data, we will analyze your usage habits of the functions of this APP, identify problems in the service, and continuously optimize the performance, interface design and function layout of the APP to provide you with a more convenient and smooth use experience.

3. Protecting account and data security: Using device information, login logs and other data, we will verify your account identity, monitor abnormal login behaviors of the account, prevent and crack down on illegal and irregular behaviors such as fraud and embezzlement, and protect the security of your account and data.

3. Ways of Storing Information

(1) Storage Location and Method

To maximize the protection of the privacy and security of your health data, all the personal information we collect from you (including heart rate data, account information, health - related information, etc.) is only stored locally on the mobile phone device you use, and will not be uploaded to the servers of us or any third parties. The storage of all data completely depends on the storage space of your device, and you can check the relevant storage usage through the storage management function of the device itself.

(2) Storage Period and Destruction Method

The storage period of your personal information is completely determined by you, and the destruction of data is also directly controlled by you through device operations. The specific rules are as follows:

1. For all your personal information such as account information, heart rate data and health - related information, if you do not delete this APP and the device storage is normal, it will be continuously stored locally on your mobile phone device, and we cannot delete, modify or transfer it.

2. If you actively delete part or all of the data through the functions in the APP (such as "Heart Rate Records - Delete" and "Clear Data"), the corresponding data will be immediately destroyed locally on your device; if you uninstall and delete this APP, all personal information related to this APP stored locally on the device will be completely destroyed along with the APP uninstallation process and cannot be recovered.

3. If your device undergoes factory reset, 刷机 or device damage, resulting in the loss of data stored locally on the device, the corresponding personal information will also be destroyed accordingly. We do not have the ability to recover data. It is recommended that you regularly export and save important data through the "Data Backup" function (if available) in the APP.

(3) Storage Security

Device permission authorization: In the mobile phone's "Settings - Apps - HeartGo - Permissions", modify the authorization status of permissions such as camera, Bluetooth and location;

4. Third - party authorization: In "My - Settings - Third - party Authorization Management", terminate the authorization association with third - party platforms;

5. Data synchronization authorization: In "My - Device Management", disconnect the data synchronization authorization with third - party devices or platforms.

6. Complaints and suggestions: If you have any objections or questions about the processing of personal information, you can complain to us through the contact information in Article 7.

6. Protection of Minors

This APP is not applicable to minors under the age of 14. We will not take the initiative to collect personal information of minors under the age of 14. If a minor uses this APP and provides personal information without the guardian's knowledge, the guardian can contact us (see Article 7 for contact information) after finding out, and we will immediately stop processing the information and delete the relevant information. It is recommended that guardians strengthen the guidance and supervision of minors' use of the APP to protect the privacy and security of minors.
